The process.

The creative brief serves as a guide for all projects to ensure a cohesive and effective outcome that meets your requirements. Please tell us about your vision and what you are trying to achieve so we can turn this into a physical product that best represents your event, company or the achievement that is being rewarded.
Please provide the following details as part of our initial discussions
Materials: are you looking for any specific materials?
Quantity: how many pieces are you looking to have created?
Timeline: when is your event and when do you require delivery?
Location: where does the final product need to be delivered?
Budget: please provide an indicative overall budget for this project.

Based on the creative brief we will work with you to create the initial design concept and development.
For this stage we will require artwork files for any logos or themed graphics that you wish to include. If you have a design guideline document and specific fonts, colours etc. Please include this to ensure we can align the concept correctly from the start.
Logo files to be supplied as outlined vector .eps or .pdf files.
Artwork graphics to be supplied as vector or raster files depending on the artwork format. -
Once the concept is approved we will prepare documentation drawings outlining; materials, sizes, manufacturing processes, colours and surface finishes to lock in the final design for production. At this stage the final quote will be revised to ensure any design changes are reflected.
While the manufacturing is taking place in the background we will prepare a comprehensive print proof document to ensure all text and logos are set out correctly to be approved by the client.
Now it's time for the client to step aside and relax while we do our magic in the workshop to create your special pieces to represent the efforts of the recipients.

All our creations are carefully packed to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process. Please let us know if you have any specific delivery requirements. Please note we can not deliver to PO Boxes and all consignments will need to be signed for by the recipient.
For all deliveries within Australia we use TNT and for international shipments Fedex is our preferred partner. Final project invoice and tracking details will be provided once the consignment is collected by the courier.
